START-UP: WATERCOLOUR

Discover the world of watercolour painting – see for yourself the possibilities of this medium. Start-Up: Watercolour is intended for beginners who ask the question, how do you paint that? How do you get started?

Students will be guided step-by-step, through topics such as paints and tools to use, as well as various techniques; wet-into-wet, layering washes, loose and controlled watercolour. 

Explore subject matter that inspires you on your own project using your own reference such as photographs and sketches.

This course will allow beginners, or those who have basic painting experience (not necessarily in watercolour), to feel fulfilled and accomplished through visual self-expression in a friendly, non-judgmental environment with like-minded people. Charge your inner-artist!
